24:21. ആകയാൽ നീ എന്റെ ശേഷം എന്റെ സന്തതിയെ നിർമ്മൂലമാക്കി എന്റെ പേർ എന്റെ പിതൃഭവനത്തിൽ നിന്നു മായിച്ചുകളകയില്ല എന്നു യഹോവയുടെ നാമത്തിൽ ഇപ്പോൾ എന്നോടു സത്യം ചെയ്യേണം.

24:21. So now swear to me in the LORD's name that you will not kill my descendants after me or destroy my name from the house of my father."

24:21. Now swear to me by the LORD that when that happens you will not kill my family and destroy my line of descendants!"
